Delegate for the Fight Against Sexism at Work - DLS -
Sexism is clearly defined (lp. 115-9): “ No one should suffer sexist behavior, defined as any act related to a person's sex, aimed at or resulting in damaging their dignity or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment.”
The sanctions involved must be displayed in the company and included in the Internal Regulations as mandatory mentions.
The delegate for the fight against sexism at work (DLS) participates in ensuring compliance with this obligation, with the help of the IT department.
Whether it’s the #MeToo movement, the LOL League case, or numerous complaints about political figures or entrepreneurs, harassment, especially sexual harassment, has become a growing issue.
Inappropriate remarks, inappropriate gestures, workplace sexism, promotions in exchange for favors... all these behaviors are punishable by law.
For the employee: Am I a victim or witness of sexual harassment? How and to whom should I report it within the company? Who can I rely on inside and outside the company?
For the employer: What actions should I take to meet my prevention obligations? How should I act after a report is made? How to conduct an internal investigation? How to ensure the continuation of work relationships during and after the investigation?
All these questions are addressed in this training.
Objectifs de la formation :
By the end of the training, the learner will be able to:
Ensure compliance with mandatory display requirements in the company, including sanctions in the Internal Regulations.
Support employees (victim, perpetrator, or witness) who request assistance (harassment incidents or sexist behavior).
Know and use existing prevention and action measures.
Facilitate and organize awareness, information, and prevention actions as needed (minimum twice per year).
