Psychosocial risks must be distinguished from professional risks and concern the mental and physical health of employees. They are related to the concept of stress, as well as work methods and management.

The burnout or professional overwork risk is an example of a situation called RPS, linked, among other things, to excessive stress at work. It has increased in recent years to the point of being now recognized as an occupational disease.

Therefore, it is easy to understand how RPS can significantly impact the proper functioning of a company.
